Framework agreement for multi-awardee purchase orders concluded without a minimum annual amount and for a maximum annual amount of 470,000.00 euro(s) excluding tax, in application of articles L2125 - 1; R2161 - 1 to 6 and R2161 - 13 and 14 of the Public Order Code. He will be concluded with three holders (subject to a sufficient number of offers). It is specified that: Holder no. 1 (ranked in first position in the ranking, in the consultation phase) may be allocated a maximum annual order amount of 280 000.00 euro(s) excluding tax. Holder no. 2 (ranked in second position in the ranking, in the consultation phase) may be allocated a maximum annual order amount of 130,000.00 euro(s) excluding tax. The holder n°3 (ranked in third position in the ranking, in consultation phase) may be allocated a maximum annual order amount of 60,000.00 euro(s) excluding tax.
