this contract relates to "the performance of administrative or civil status binding services, the supply of permanent paper, the restoration of heritage binding or damaged or old documents", for the benefit of all the members of the order group constituted at thiseffect between the Alpes Maritimes Territorial Public Service Management Center (the Cdg06), coordinator on the one hand, and municipalities and local public establishments (located in the Alpes-Maritimes department), on the other hand.The members of the group are at the time of the launch of theconsultation, 111 in number, including 77 municipalities with less than 5,000 inhabitants, 25 municipalities and structures between 5,001 and 80,000 inhabitants and 9 structures between 70,000 and more than 400,000 inhabitants
