- The purpose of this framework agreement is the maintenance, development, and large repairs to municipal buildings, substitution work on buildings, private land and buildings and structures outside the city. It should be noted that this framework agreement has order group between the city and the CCAS and whose city is the coordinator. The procedures and conditions of execution of the services subject to the framework agreement are specified in the specific administrative clauses (CCAP) and the notebooks of the particular technical clauses (CCTP) of each lot. This work framework agreement is broken down into 17 lots, as follows, it being understood that each batch is a separate framework agreement: 1 demolition 2 structural work, masonry, tiles 3 facade facade rap, sanitary facilities 5 strong current and low current 6 kitchen 6 and laundry room 7 Interior painting, floor coverings, signage 8 exterior joinery, locksmithing and metalwork, glass 9 green spaces Exterior adjustments 10 roofs, waterproofing 11 interior and exterior wood carpentry 12 partitions, dubbing, false ceiling 13 14 heating, ventilation, air conditioning 15 coverage, zinc plating, 16 road frame, various networks, VRD 17 work to secure sites candidates may tend to one, several or all lots.
