Description: - The consultation will lead to a bulk framework agreement in accordance with the Public Order Code. The framework agreement has passed without an annual minimum amount (H.T.). The benefits that are the subject of this group of orders are subject to vary within the limits defined in Article 2-2-form of the Framework Agreement of the Consultation Regulations - for all the lots: the agreement -Cadre is concluded from its date of notification for a period of one year, renewable three times, by tacit renewal. The holder of the Framework Agreement will not be able to refuse renewal. If the contracting authority does not intend to renew the Framework Agreement, it will warn the holder at least one month before the expiry of the registered letter agreement with acknowledgment of receipt. Purchase vouchers may be issued until the last day of validity of the Framework Agreement
