The City and CCAS command group of Cholet proceeds to a consultation in order to take out insurance contracts which constitute the entire market divided into 4 lots, for the years 2026 to 2030, as follows: lot no 1 - damage insurance for goods and additional risks Lot no 2 - Insurance Responsibility and additional risks Lot No 3 - Automobile Fleet Insurance and Additional Risks Lot No 4 - Legal Protection Insurance for natural persons The candidates must offer an offer corresponding to the basic offer, to the imposed variants having the character of Alternative service and possible additional services, the subject of the various specifications on which they tend. Applicants must also formulate an offer for all members of the order group. The attention of candidates is drawn On the fact that an incomplete response will be a reason for irregularity. • Free variants, within the meaning of article R. 2151-8 of the public procurement code, are authorized under lot n 1 damage to the goods and additional risks. They are not allowed for the other lots.
