- This consultation concerns the supply, transportation of natural gas and associated services. Its purpose is the conclusion, on behalf of the members of the order group, of a framework agreement for: iā¬ The supply and delivery of natural gas to the delivery points (PDL), the current list of which is presented to the CCTP-C and the final list of which will be presented in the annexes of each subsequent contract for the members of the order group, the current list of which is presented in the annex to the CCAP-C and the final list of which will be presented in the annex to each subsequent contract; iā¬ Coverage of storage obligations; iā¬ Coverage of obligations associated with energy savings certificates; iā¬ Coverage of obligations to return biogas production certificates to the State, in accordance with articles R-446-113 to R446-124 of the energy code; iā¬ Coverage of obligations associated with the Second Emissions Trading System (SEQE2) (subject to transcription into National Law); iā¬ Invoicing, including the transmission of invoices via CHORUS PRO iā¬ Managing relations with the Manager from the Distribution Network within the framework of a single contract, to the public distribution network; iā¬ Mandatory service provisions described in the common specific administrative clauses (CCAP-C) and the common specific technical clauses (CCTP-C).
