Grouping of orders between the city and the CCAS relating to public works for the maintenance, The fittings and large repairs of public buildings, substitution work on buildings, private land and buildings and structures outside the city
The purpose of this framework agreement is maintenance, fittings and large repairs to buildings municipalities, substitution work on buildings, private land and buildings and structures outside the city.
It should be noted that this framework agreement has passed as an order group between the city and the CCAS and whose city is the coordinator.
The terms and conditions of execution of the services subject to the framework agreement are specified in the notebook of specific administrative clauses (CCAP) and the notebooks of the specific technical clauses (CCTP) of each lot.
This framework framework agreement is broken down into 17 lots, as follows, it being understood that each Lot is a separate framework agreement:
