- La Poste is looking for an insurance organization falling under one of the three codes (Insurance Code, Mutuality Code or Social Security Code) able to offer an insurance system and direct management of collective health and welfare contracts for its employees and beneficiaries.
THE processing of La Poste data, including hosting, storage and/or consultation, must be located within the European Union (EU), a country in the European Economic Area (EEA), or a country recognized as adequate by the European Union. The consultation file which will be sent to the selected candidates will specify the elements related to this requirement.
The notification/declaration obligation pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2022/2560 on foreign subsidies distorting the internal market and its Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/1441 is applicable to this procurement procedure.
