The object of this contract concerns the supply and delivery of electricity. The market is not allocated. This consultation is launched by a group of orders, made up of the CCAS of the city of Auchel, the autonomy residence "Les Roses" and the City of Auchel (coordinator of the Group of orders). An order grouping agreement has been established between these 3 public entities. This is a multi-awardee framework agreement with subsequent contracts, after re-competition when the need arises, with no minimum and an annual maximum of 1,000 MWh for the quantity of electricity consumed.
