different areas to be covered, according to the needs of its skills development plan.

GRDF wishes to reference organizations in order to enable its employees to master the tools ofoffice automation due to constant developments in this field.
The training provider must offer multi-software office automation training focused on the market's flagship products. These training courses must meet two main needs: current use and improvement.They must also be of short duration and offered in different formats such as face-to-face, blended learning and e-learning, while using innovative teaching methods.
