Description:
By concession agreement concluded on September 18, 2020, the Municipality of Villeneuve-Loubet entrusted, for a period of 30 years from January 1, 2021, to the company MARIBAY the operation and development of the Marina Baie marina Angels. This Concession Agreement was the subject ofn amendment concluded on November 3, 2020 with the particular purpose of extending its duration by an additional year and an amendment concluded on April 7, 2022 with the particular purpose of updating the main financing characteristics of the contract with a view to to allow the takingtaking into account an overall additional cost impacting the investment program. For this operation, the Delegate is authorized to grant authorizations for temporary private occupation. These authorizations constitute sub-concessions for occupation of the public port domain.
