Proximity Centers Erdre & Loire Sevre Vignoble.Le The market includes a part with a global, fixed price and a part executed through the issuance of purchase orders. The nature of services processed at fixed prices and at unit prices is described in the CCTP. The contract is devoid of any minimum amount, but is accompanied by a maximum amount set, for the overall contractual duration (including the renewal period), and for all the services (at overall price and flat rate and unit prices), at 1,500,000 euros excluding tax. The consultation is carried out for the benefit of a group of orders composed around the City of Nantes and Nantes Metropole. The latter is the coordinator and is responsible in this capacity for its launch, its allocation, its monitors and legally binds all members of the group through its decisions.
