This program aims primarily to reduce noise the source, then to complete these actions by strengthening the acoustic insulation of the facades. Island General Management De France from SNCF Réseau has entrusted acoustic studies to service providers in 34 intermunicipalities outside the Greater Paris Metropolis. They made it possible to precisely identify the GNPs and to estimate the dwellings affected by exceeding the thresholds regulatory (AVP level). For the housing eligible for acoustic insulation work on facades, acoustic diagnostics must be carried out (PRO level), before continuing, if necessary, with work (REA level). The market must make it possible to respond to the PRO and REA phases.
