Description:
This project concerns the construction of a new building on the site of the Ajaccio hospital center - Stilettu site.
The operation consists in the construction of a building of approximately 9166 m2 of SDO, excluding any additional services.
Historically, the Ajaccio hospital centerwas located on 2 sites: the Mercy site and the Eugenie site. The Mercy hospital was rebuilt on the Stilettu site and opened in the first quarter of 2023.

The project object of this market aims to:
- Build the Eugenie gerontology center - Stilettu site,Taking up the services currently located on the Eugenie site, near the new Stilettu hospital,
- Create a route (double direction) dedicated to help, from the departmental road 31.

This market relates to the design and realization of the gerontology centerEugenie- Stilettu site, with a main capacity of 186 beds and places, to which are added any additional services (PSE) which brings the maximum capacity to 201 beds and places.
The program is composed as follows:
- Main services:
- A third place-Animation.
- 14 placesPole of Activities and Adapted Care (PASA).
- 54 Accommodation establishment beds for dependent elderly people (EHPAD) including 4 temporary accommodation beds.
