Description:
The purpose of this consultation is to conclude a global public energy performance market relating to the design, the realization of the energy renovation work as well as the exploitation and maintenance of the building belonging to the community. The global performance public market may include induced work in particular of safety, accessibility, support work to improve the functionality of the school. In this context, the Auvergne Rhône-Alpes region has entrusted the SPL to dare a contracting authority for the realization of this project. The SPL OSER is designated in all of the parts "Mandatory of the Client", this term being to be distinguished from the term "agent" used alone which designates the agent of the candidate group.
