In this context, Saint-Etienne Metropole has decidedto launch a global energy performance market aimed:
- Assistance in the marketing of the ENRR heat network with future customers if necessary (this mission element will be described in the supply request file).
- Assistance to invoicing to subscribers of the subscribers ofNetwork following its commissioning (index / statements by bimonthly delivery points, and indices used for indexing of prices).
