Description:
Committed to the energy transition, Saint-Etienne Metropole wishes to strengthen the links between energy, development and construction in the municipality of Rive de Gier, with the constant search for improvement in energy efficiency.
In this context, Saint-Etienne Metropole has decided to launch a global public energy performance market
The Contract does not relate to the thermal improvement of the built envelope of the structure.
On the other hand, it includes an intervention on the enclosed area for the central boiler room to be created and, where applicable, for the other ENRR production points.
THE global performance market includes the terms P1, P2, P3 of type MC GER, as well as the work to create the central boiler room, any other ENRR production, the network and the substations. The operations of construction and commissioning of the works by the holder include the missions of project manager, scheduling, steering and coordination.
It is specified that P1 includes the supply of fuel for the central boiler room and any other production.
With regard to electricity consumption, the Project Owner wishes to entrust the purchase and management through a P1' whose purchasing and revision methods will be the subject of exchanges during the dialogue in order to be able to be integrated.
