This consultation concerns the Global Public Performance Public Market (MGP) for the restructuring of the shaded Culture Center in the sense of article L.2171-3 of the public procurement code, successively comprising design, construction and operating/maintenance services.This project must reconcile functionality, comfort, environmental quality and performance objectives. Performance commitments are indicated in the documents in the consultation file. The market includes a firm tranche and four optional sections, described in the regulationscall for candidates. The provisional envelope allocated by the client to the present global performance market (design + realization + operation + maintenance), all slices combined, is set at 23,064,603.00 Euro (s) HT, value September 2024, according to the following distribution: - Design: 2,434 378.00 Euro (s) HT; - Realization: 19,967,000.00 Euro (s) HT; - Maintenance operation: 663 225 Euro (s) HT. The buyer has planned to limit the number of candidates who will be invited to participate in the offer phase. The number of candidates he plans to invite is 3. InThe hypothesis that the number of admissible applications is less than 3, the buyer may decide to continue the rest of the procedure with the only candidates selected. The services will be paid by priceslump sum
