Description:
Global performance contract within the meaning of articles L. 2171-3, R. 2171-2 and R. 2171-3 of the Ccp relating to the design and execution of rehabilitation works, in particular energy, in the Cam de Prats district at 64100 Bayonne as well as part of major maintenance-renewal (Ger) and maintstart-maintenance.
Built in the 1960s, the Cam De Prats residence is made up of 215 apartments. The residential complex today suffers from an old design, a lack of comfort (thermal in particular) and an outdated image, in a district undergoing full renewal. Theworks planned in the rehabilitation are detailed in the Detailed Technical Program.
as part of this rehabilitation operation, the Holder undertakes to:
- Obtain the Bbc Renovation label
- Respect an energy reduction of 60% on the final energy consumption of heatingge for the two residences.
a site visit is mandatory at the tender stage (Cf. Rc)
