Given the performance objectives of the contracting authority on this operation, the SPEM opted for the award of a global performance market in accordance with the provisions of article L2173-3 of the CCP. The choice of such a mode of devolution leads to the non-allocation of the market and, de facto,using a single market. This global performance public market includes: - Design and realization of rehabilitation, construction, external development and provisional buildings if necessary - equipment maintenance of whichIn particular those allowing monitoring and respecting performance. It concerns the operation of rehabilitation and construction of the Les Prairies school, 35 chemin de St Mirer a Four de Buze, - 13013 Marseille. The project will include 20 classes (7 kindergarten classes and 13 elementary classes).
