The global performance market for the overhaul and exploitation of the Aire-sur-la-Lys drinking water production plant presents the following main characteristics:
For the construction component: carrying out design studies, monitoring of the instruction of regulatory files andRealization of the factory overhaul (redesign of filtration, restructuring of the water queue, reliability of treated water pumping, modification of various factory equipment, modification of the sludge and demolition of works).Water resources and water protection perimeters, the operation of the alert station located 2 km upstream from the Aire-sur-la-Lys factory, the exploitation of raising stations and tank of premeses (including the 3rd new tank on the site) and Beuvry,the exploitation of regulation works, the exploitation of rechloration stations, the exploitation of automatic valves of the brought network, the operation of sites of the sites, the exploitation of emergency boreholes, the operation of the factory before, during and after the redesign, theMonitoring of water quality.
The operating component comes into force on January 1, 2027 on all of the above -mentioned existing works and will continue at the end of the period of observation of the factory's overhaul work.
