The purpose of this market is: - Improving the energy performance of buildings; - Optimization of energy consumption and expenditure; - Improving the quality of the service provided; - Sustainable cost control operating. In order to achieve the minimum objectives set in the Technical Program, the market combines: - The design and implementation of an energy renovation program and compliance and safety work relating to buildings and technical installations; - Operation and maintenance of installations; - Major maintenance and renewal of equipment. In this context, the holder is entrusted with the following services: Work services - The works improving energy performance; - Replacement of the existing GTC; - The implementation of dedicated counts and sub-counts; - Compliance and security work provided for in the consultation documents. Administrative services and financial - Preparing aid application files (ADEME, CEE, other systems); - The assembly of classification files for two heating networks (GS Europe and GS du Parc). Operation and maintenance services - The P1 service of supply, control and management of biomass, necessary for the production and distribution of heat; - The P2-1 energy control and management service, necessary for the production and distribution of heat...
