- Given the performance objectives of the contracting authority on this operation, the SPEM opted for the award of a global performance market in accordance with the provisions of article L2173-3 of the CCP. The choice of such a mode of devolution leads to the non-allocation of the market and, de facto,using a single market. This consultation is launched following the termination of the previous global performance market concluded under the Vague 1 of the Ecole Plan of the City of Marseille. This global performance public market has: - design andRealization of works, including provisional buildings (schools and catering) if necessary; - Exploitation-maintance of the equipment including in particular those allowing monitoring and compliance with performance. It concerns the Saint-Andre La Castellane school group located at 66 chemin de Bernex,Marseille 16th arrondissement. The project will include 20 classes (7 kindergarten classes and 13 elementary classes). This project is described in the program summary of the program and the "site file" attached to the consultation regulations. Total forecast amount of the global public market:14.2 M Euro (s) HT The work will be carried out in the occupied site concerning maintenance, it is envisaged a duration of 60 months in firm tranche and 36 months in optional tranche.
