- This consultation relates to the award of a global performance public market including the design, realization, exploitation and maintenance relating to the construction of a EHPAD of 238 beds in Bourges (18).
The project is part of the real estate master plan committedBy the residences of Bellevue, aimed at improving the reception conditions
of the inhabitants as well as the working conditions of the staff, for a better care of the dependent elderly people welcomed. This project is accompanied by a change of semantics within the site, theResidents becoming residents and caregivers becoming accompanying people in the desire to develop the feeling of "as at home". The objective of the project is therefore the reconstruction of 238 accommodation beds for the elderly including 2x14 UVP beds and 14 UHR beds as well as 24 placesPASA and day care.
This project will take place on a land freed from an old building and an adjoining virgin plot totaling an area of just under 3 ha.
The market to be awarded is a global performance market within the meaning of articles L2171-3, R2171-2 and 3 of the code of codePublic procurement, in the formalized procedure with negotiation in application of articles R2171-15 to 22, R2171-3 and R2161-12 to 20 of the public procurement code.
