• Description:
• The purpose of this consultation is to award a Global Performance Contract for the design, construction and operation - maintenance of a college, associated staff accommodation and a central production unit in Viry-Châtillon (91). The expected duration is 144 months. The opening date for the first school year is planned for September 2030. The operation - maintenance phase is planned for an initial period of approximately 6 and a half years from receipt work with possibly a 3-year renewal. The end of the contract is therefore scheduled for September 2039. The contract includes a portion of purchase orders for work services. The main missions entrusted to the incumbent are as follows: : - the design and construction of the work on the college, the associated staff housing and the central production unit as well as the exterior spaces of the buildings using BIM methodology, - operation - maintenance integrating energy supply and management; operation - routine maintenance of Technical Building installations using BIM methodology; major maintenance and renewal of Technical Building Installations using BIM methodology; there carrying out work on purchase orders; the monitoring and management of the Energy Performance of Buildings and a mission to train agents and raise awareness among school communities about energy savings and...
