- The purpose of this consultation is the global outsourcing services in convergence of the IT, audiovisual, publishing, network and telephone systems of the City and the Communal Social Action Center of Issy-les-Moulineaux in a group of orders whose coordinator is the City. These services include resource management, project development, maintenance of existing and future equipment, and user assistance.
The procedure is a restricted call for tenders procedure in application of articles L2124-2, R2161-6 to R2161-11 of the code of public order.
The restricted call for tenders procedure was chosen because it makes it possible to secure the transmission of confidential data from the consultation file through the prior selection of candidates authorized to submit an offer.
