Global Paid Energy Performance Market Deferred (MGPEPD) - Energy rehabilitation of the TPR, Fresnel and University Library buildings and Functional Restructuring of 5 physics and chemistry laboratories in the TPR building - Saint-Jérôme Campus - Aix-Marseille University It is about of an operation included in the strategy of modernizing the real estate assets of Aix-Marseille University. The operation includes the energy and partly functional rehabilitation of three buildings in four areas: Volet 1 - Performance energy -Overall improvement of the envelope of the TPR buildings (45,800m2 SHON), Fresnel (5,100m2 SHON) and the university library (6,100m2 SHON), through the implementation of industrializable solutions for speed and ease of installation integrating solutions such as external thermal insulation, replacement of exterior joinery not treated in previous operations, repair and insulation of untreated roofs; -Complete modernization of heating systems, ventilation and air conditioning; -Installation of photovoltaic panels and/or self-consumption solutions.
