Description:
This consultation is launched according to the competitive dialogue procedure in application of articles L2124-4, R2124-5, R.2161-24 and following of the Public Order Code The consultation concerns the allocation of global performance markets in accordance with article L2171-3 of the code of the code public order. The consultation is expected to be broken down into 2 lots. Application phase: the contracting authority will select at least the 3 best applications (subject to enough applications received) and at most the 5 best applications at the end of the first Phase Phase Offer: The contracting authority will initiate a dialogue with all the participants selected at the end of the candidacy phase. Overall estimated duration of the design-realization phase: 18 months overall estimated duration of the operating phase: 120 months provisional start of the Services: February 2026
