- The consultation concerns the carrying out of the geotechnical investigations necessary for the completion of the preliminary project studies (AVP) planned as part of the Global Design Contract - Construction of the new Lacanau sea defense structure known as “Ouvrage 2050”. The general characteristics of the expected services are described in the Specifications of Special Technical Clauses (C.C.T.P.). This consultation is carried out in the form of an adapted procedure subject to the provisions of article L2123-1 and article R2123-1, 1°, of the Public Order Code (CCP). This consultation is an initial consultation. This is an ordinary market for intellectual services.
