This contract concerns the performance of maintenance services (preventive and corrective) for generators in health care establishments and social medical centers in Ugecam Paca and Corsica. It Also Includes The Rental Of Emergency Generators. The market also includes the Extension, Renovation Of Existing Installation. The contract does not include the supply of new installation. The contract includes, in addition to maintenance, monthly load tests.123-8 of the Public Order Code; - The provisions relating to the framework agreement, governed by Articles L 21215-1 and R 2162-1 to R 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. The Market Is Divided Into 2 Geographical Lots, Monoattributaire. This Contract Is At Mixed Price With A Flat Rate Partre And Part Unit Price. The Unitary Part Is Organized According To The Form Of The Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders. For the Unit Part Without Annual Minimum/Maximum: Lot1:8000Euros Ht/Lot2:8000Euors (H.T.).The Minimum Amount Corresponds To The Buyer's Commitment To Place Orders AtCompetition Of This Amount. The Maximum Amount Corresponds To The Holder's Commitment To Honor The Orders Placed By The Buyer Up To This Amount.
