- This consultation concerns the building services for:
- The printing and distribution of ginated letters and mass letters
- and the generation of matters of maturity and their printing and package.
Each batch consists of 2 parts:
- a fixed part: the fixed partrelates to the service of implementation and start-up of the building service, and to the services related to the implementation (support for change, training, evolutionary maintenance and interventions).
- A part at a unit price: executed as necessary by the issueof purchase orders. Indeed, certain services cannot be determined precisely neither in their frequency, nor in their consistency, nor in their quantity, the contracting authority has decided to use the technique of the framework agreement passed in the form of a mono-attribute framework agreementWithdrawal orders in accordance with articles L2125-1 1 , R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public procurement code.
The market is broken down into 2 lots:
lot n 1-editic solution for the treatment of the matters of matters
Lot 2-Editic solution for managementand the distribution of mass letters and gonnaeled letters as well as the pay slips
This framework agreement fixes all the conditions of performance of the services, it is thus executed as the order of order pleas made by the contracting authority.
