- The purpose of the market is the following services: 1. The identification and description of the current state of VRD looks and connections, rainwater inputs, a camera passage for each EP downhill (lifted diameters, unscrews and prickles, indication of materials, Analysis of the rainwater entrance and photographs) and the general location on the plans of unscrewing, sticking and hoppers. 2. A commentary on the general health state of VRD looks and connections, rainwater and cheneaux entrances, the disorders statement for each EP and Their general location on plans. 3. The recommendations establishing emergencies according to a risk/ severity scale, as well as the summary description of the work necessary for the rehabilitation of the most degraded descents and their summary financial estimate. 4. Hydrocling of EP descents obstructed.
