- This market relates to the supply of trees, shrubs, climbing and perennial plants with a view to their planting on the territory of the city of Montpellier and Montpellier Mediterranee Metropole, as part of the creation of green spaces, alignments or redevelopments.Group of orders in accordance with articles L. 2113-6 to L. 2113-8 of the public procurement code between Montpellier Mediterranee Metropole and the city of Montpellier. The coordinator of the order group is the city of Montpellier. He will be in charge of signing and notifying the framework agreementIn the name of all members of the group.
The framework agreement fixes all the conditions of execution of the services, it is executed as the emission of order orders issued by the contracting authority.
The services are divided into four lots:
- Lot 1: Supply of plantsForestiers;
