- Adapted procedure (art L2123-1 of the Code) in accordance with articles R2123-1, R2123-4&5 of the Code. This consultation follows the termination of the two previous contracts concluded, the last of which, in progress at the launch of this consultation, will end on December 31, 2025. The new market must take over from January 1, 2026. This is a market concluded at a global and fixed price. The contract is entered into with effect from January 1, 2026 or the date of notification of the market if this is later, for a firm period until December 31, 2027, with the option for both parts of annual termination with notice of six months before the deadline of January 1st. An additional mandatory response service is provided for agents' legal protection insurance. The candidate must indicate, distinctly from the basic offer (= elected insurance), the amount of the corresponding premium and the insurance conditions. No variation
