Description:
This framework agreement consists of the supply of work clothes, equipment and accessories necessary for agents of municipal services outside PM.
It consists of 5 lots:
- Lot 1: High visibility and EPI clothing;
- Lot 2: Work clothes for municipal services;
- Batch 3: Blouses and tunics;
- Lot 4: Kitchen outfits;
- Lot 5: Sports outfits.
The services are paid by the unit price application according to the stipulations of the act of engagement.
There is no planned decay in slices.
The payment of an advance for Lot 1 is planned without obligation to build a financial guarantee to benefit from it.
Unit price application (BPU). The contract is concluded from 01/01/2026 or its date of notification if it is posterior. The number of renewals is fixed at three. Or a maximum duration of four years. The minimum annual amount is 50,000 euros HT and the maximum annual amount is 106,000 euros HT
