• The framework agreement includes: - the supply of white or colored envelopes and reels (paper) with occasional printing specific to GRANDLYON HABITAT, - editing, enveloping, postage excluding CIP, delivery (to agencies or by postal delivery) and sorting of due date notices or other documents intended for tenants of GRANDLYON HABITAT, - online electronic archiving of personalized documents, - the dematerialization of documents with the possibility of sending emails to the recipients concerned. - transmission of .pdf files for making available on the Chorus Portal Pro portal" The above-mentioned services are the subject of a single lot. This contract constitutes: A single-awardee framework agreement governed by articles L.2125-1; R.2162-2 paragraph 2; R.2162-4 to R.2162-6; R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the public procurement code. This framework agreement sets out the contractual stipulations in a firm manner and will be executed as needed by the conclusion of the issuance of purchase orders according to the terms defined in this framework agreement. A revisable mixed price framework agreement will be awarded, entrusted to a single company or a group.
