Description:
This public contract relates to the provision of skip collection services from the Community of Municipalities recycling center as well as the loading of certain waste (rubble, green waste).
This contract is awarded following an open tender procedure in accordance with articles L2124-2, R2161-2, R2161-3, R2161-4 and R2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code.
This is a single-award framework agreement for services executed by issuing purchase orders concluded with no minimum amount but with a maximum annual amount of 200,000 euro(s) excluding tax.
The framework agreement takes effect from February 1, 2026 or the date of its notification if this is later, for a period of one (1) year renewable three (3) times. Each renewal runs for a period of one (1) year; i.e. a maximum duration of four (4) years.
