- The purpose of this framework agreement is to ensure the maintenance of terrace roofs and tiles on the Grandlyon Habitat property, including garage box roofs and green roofs.
the above-mentioned services are the subject of a single lot.
this contract constitutes:
- A framework agreementsingle beneficiary governed by articles L.2125-1; R.2162-2 paragraph 2; R.2162-4 to R.2162-6; R.2162-13 and R2162-14 of the public procurement code.
- This framework agreement sets the contractual stipulations in a firm manner and will be executed as and when required by the issuance of purchase orderses according to the terms defined in this framework agreement.
the framework agreement is entered into without a minimum amount and with a maximum amount of EUR 400,000.00 excluding tax over the firm period of two (2) years.
in the event of renewal, the amounts will be identical for a new period of two (2) years.
the anticipated dateThe start date for services is set for January 1, 2024.
