Description:
This contract is a level 1 CSPS mission for the asbestos removal and dismantling of the Place de Milan real estate complexes.
This real estate complex brings together the buildings located on Place de Milan in Lyon 3rd, the car park located under the square and the B4 building located on Place de Beraudier.
This the whole will be dismantled following a phasing comprising several construction phases presenting the following technical difficulties:
- Land management whose planning is partly unknown to date, which can sometimes come into contradiction with the technical logic of the site,
- A set built in the heart of the PEM, with direct links with the station, the technical galleries of the concessionaires, the metro, track A of the station and the LAC armament of trolleybuses and tram T1,
- A site partly occupied by commercial and office accommodation,
- An operation aimed at limit waste as much as possible by promoting reuse and recycling.
The holder must carry out the services described in the Specifications Special Technical Clauses (CCTP) which will be the subject of purchase orders for the various dismantling operations. Several ensembles real estate can be under construction simultaneously or partially. All of these missions are detailed within the CCTP.
