Framework market for a duration of 24 years, including 20 years of Maintenance in Operational Conditions, which concerns 4 new synchronous compensator type installations (synthetic inertia type solutions interfaced by power electronics are not accepted). THE overall performance requirements are detailed in the Technical Notice. Study, design, supply, installation and industrial commissioning of four turnkey synchronous compensation systems, including a maintenance contract Operational Conditions, in three territories (Guyana, Corsica x2, Martinique). The contractor must deliver turnkey installations, fully operational and complying with the technical requirements detailed in the contract documents.
