Framework contract for a duration of 24 years, including 20 years of Maintenance in Operational Conditions, which concerns 4 new synchronous compensator type installations, including 3 farms and one as an option (interfaced synthetic inertia type solutions by power electronics are not accepted). The overall performance requirements are detailed in the Technical Notice. Study, design, supply, installation and industrial commissioning of three synchronous compensation systems turnkey, including a Maintenance of Operational Conditions (MCO) contract in two territories (Guyana, Corsica x2), and an option for an additional turnkey synchronous compensation system, also including an MCO in Martinique.
