- LOT 1: Kembs and Ottmarsheim LOT 2 Fessenheim and Vogelgrun LOT 3 Marckolsheim and Rhinau LOT 4 Gerstheim and Strasbourg LOT 5 - Maintenance of bituminous joints Framework contract for maintenance work on the vegetation of the banks of the Grand Canal of Alsace and the Rhine fitted out. The purpose of the framework contract concerns the regular maintenance of vegetation by mowing on flat and slopes, pruning with a cutterbar, rotary grinding and maintenance of bituminous joints. Framework contract lasting 3 firm years and 2+2 optional years. 4 Geographic lots are planned, including the following services: flat and sloping mowing, cutterbar pruning and rotary mowing. The geographical lots are: Lot 1 Kembs-Ottmarsheim, Lot 2 Fessenheim-Vogelgrun, Lot 3 Marckolsheim-Rhinau, Lot 4 Gerstheim-Strasbourg. Lot 5: The maintenance of bituminous joints between concrete slabs will be ensured by a fifth specific lot, independent of the geographical perimeter. Applicants may apply for multiple lots, but may only be awarded two lots maximum concerning lots 1 to 4. This limitation does not concern lot 5. In the event of a best bid on more than 2 lots, the order of allocation of the latter is as follows: Lot 4 - Lot 3 - Lot 1 - Lot 2. Financial commitment: the present framework contract carries a total financial commitment of €2,640,000.
