Framework agreement for a period of 6 years relating to the maintenance of green spaces (weeding, brush cutting), cleaning and 3D (rat control, disinfestation, disinfection) of buildings, and small works at Source Posts and posts HTA/BT in the territory of Martinique, on behalf of EDF SEI MARTINIQUE. The market is allocated (1 lot for source substations, 1 lot for MV/LV substations) Lot 1: Maintenance of MV/LV substations for EDF SEI Martinique This lot includes maintenance and cleaning of the various HTA/LV distribution stations of EDF MARTINIQUE, and includes the switching cabinets (for example AC3M, AC3T, HTA/BT etc). The services include cleaning of premises (including rodent control, disinfestation and disinfection of the sites concerned), and the maintenance of access to the stations by weeding and clearing (maintenance of green spaces) Lot 2: Maintenance of Source Substations for EDF SEI Martinique This lot includes the maintenance and cleaning of the various stations Source from EDF MARTINIQUE. Services include: Cleaning of premises including pest control inside and around the building, pest control and disinfection of the sites concerned, Maintenance of green spaces by weeding or uprooting manual, clearing and pruning of trees, and finally the maintenance of fences.
