Description:
The purpose of these markets are to carry out maintenance work, major repairs and redevelopment to be carried out on all buildings and outbuildings of the city, as specified in the notebooks of particular technical clauses (C.C.T.P).Framework agreement range from small troubleshooting to the rehabilitation operation. It is mainly followed by the building service, made up of 3 poles (maintenance-entretian, projects and energy). For larger operations, the building service can be assisted by a master's team.work. The different trades can be brought to work alone or in coordination with each other. The work can be carried out in empty premises or on an occupied site, and concern sites with or without caretaker. Interventions can be requested in emergency orProgrammed, depending on the contractual deadlines indicated on the purchase orders. The works will take place in the territory of the town of Montrouge (92120) as well as in the town of Egly where the Villelouvette leisure center is located(91).
