Description:
The markets went within the framework of a tender open in accordance with the provisions of articles R.2124-2, R.2161-2 to R.2161-5 of the public procurement code of April 1, 2019.
Each batch will give rise to the conclusion of a mono-attribute framework agreement concluded within the limits set below.
The prices are unitary and revisable.
This framework agreement is provided for a period of twelve (12) months from January 01, 2026 or at the latest on the date of notification, with the possibility of tacit renewal three (3) times twelve (12) months.
The duration total market that cannot exceed forty-eight (48) months.
Provisional start is scheduled for January 1, 2026.
Pursuant to article L.2113-12 of the public procurement code, lots 1 (territory Flanders Grande Littoral), lot 4 (territory of Hainaut Douaisis Cambresis) and the Lot 7 (Aisne territory - Picking up leaves) are reserved lots.
On September 1 of the current year, 75% of hours will have to be done
Maintenance of green spaces - Flanders Grand Littoral territory
Without minimum amount and with a maximum annual amount of 500,000 euros H.T or A maximum amount of 2,000,000 euros H.T for the total duration of the market. This lot is subject to a reserved lot
Maintenance of green spaces - Lille Metropole Nord territory
Without a minimum amount and with a maximum annual amount of 600,000 euros H.T or a maximum amount of 2,400,000 euros ...
