Description:
The services expected in the framework agreements are as follows:
•Studies
oPSA support and analysis method;
oConsolidation of the execution study;
oExchanges and validation with GRDF;
•Works
oSite preparation;
oStarting construction;
oMechanized earthmoving;
oEarthworks traditional ;
oExcavation/fill management;
oDevelopment and implementation of the network;
oAssembly of the PE;
oProvisional and definitive repair;
oTests/drying;
oDocumentary deliverables.
The application is made up of 10 geographical lots spread across mainland France.
The documents to be submitted as part of the application are the following:
•Administrative documents
oProof of registration
oCertificate of tax regularity
oCertificate of social regularity
oCivil liability insurance certificate
•Documents specific to the procedure
oThe DC1 application letter
oEn in the case of a group, the DC1 or equivalent will precisely indicate the nature of the group (ONLY joint OR joint with joint and several agent)
oThe declaration of the candidate DC2
oIf the candidate is in receivership, a copy of the judgments
•Financial capacities
oTurnover of the last accounting balance sheet (known as N-1)
oTurnover N-2
oTurnover N-3
oBalance sheets or extracts from balance sheets over the last 3 years
•Minimum requirements required
oAIPR Designer
oAIPR Supervisor
oAIPR Operator
oPolyethylene welding (ATG B 527-9)
oArc welding (B540.9 and/or B132.52)
