Description:
This consultation aims to award a multi-awardee framework agreement for the purpose of maintenance and plumbing work for the operation of the GRANDLYON HABITAT assets.
R.2162-2 paragraph 2; R.2162-4 to R.2162-6; R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the public procurement code.
This framework agreement sets out the contractual stipulations in a firm manner and will be executed as and when required by the conclusion of subsequent contracts and/or the issuance of purchase orders according to the terms defined in this framework agreement.
