• Description:
• The objective of the framework agreement is to establish the terms governing the subsequent contracts to be awarded for the realization of the following services: - On the scale of the overall project: * Design study up to the AVP, * Contribution to the development of the application file realization of the ZAC, * Establishment of the water law file, * Feasibility study of a renewable heat / energy production solution, * Consultation, * OPC. - Then according to a division into two distinct operational phases: * Design study at from the PRO and until the execution of the work and the delivery of servicing works, * Support in the choice of real estate operators, * Drafting of CCCTs with CPAUPE and lot sheets, * Visa on authorization requests planning, *Consultation, *OPC, *Support in the selection of operator-developers, *Support for the project owner on a planned prefiguration of public spaces, *Support and preparation of the subsidy application file, type of financial assistance heat fund type.
