Description:
The consultation is launched as a group of orders in accordance with the provisions of articles L 2113-6 and following of the public procurement code between SAGEM and SAGEP. This is a framework agreement with maximum enforcement of articles L2125-1 1 , R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public procurement code. It will give rise to the emission of purchase orders. The object consists in the provision of telecommunications services.
