Description:
This market relates to the implementation of a framework agreement for technical assistance order forces for polluted sites and soils and is broken down as follows:
- The creation of environmental investigations of all types (soils, water, sediments, gas) for laboratory analyzes and interpretationof this data within the framework of the ministerial circular on the polluted sites and soils
- the realization of a diagnosis of management of the cuttings within the framework of a project initiating the realization of earthworks (deletion retention, implementation of DSH, etc.);
- Carrying out studies allowingIdentification of management solution (PG) and then, if necessary their dimensioning (PCT management).
- The realization of risk calculationssanitary facilities, at the management stage and/or after rehabilitation work (see IEM).
- The formalization of environmental administrative certificates to be transmitted to the administration (cerfa, certificates, SIS/SUP, Piezometer declaration, etc.).
- The synthesis of existing bibliographic data(previous diagnoses, follow -up of a tablecloth, depollution report) to identify and update the challenges of a site;
- All advice and/or associated expertise and/or communication services.
Duration of the framework agreement: 3 years firm + 2x1 an renewable.
